Shipping Policy

Order processing time

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)

Order processing time: 1-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time for orders is 7-20 business days from the date of order. Deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.

NOTE: Orders placed on the weekend (Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday. Remember that holidays are not considered business days. Please keep this in mind when calculating your days. In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays, especially during peak times. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Other unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. These include bad weather, holidays and customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Cost calculation

Standard shipping: $6.99 on all orders.

Shipping Unit

Ship properly via USPS & FedEx or some other shipping method that works better for you. We will update our production and shipping schedules if we anticipate any delays during high demand times.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Edit or cancel orders

To make any changes to your order after submission, please contact us immediately via email [email protected].

Once your package is marked as shipped and a tracking number is generated, please note that we will have no way to edit shipping and delivery details.

Lost order

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost during shipping. It is the recipient’s responsibility to locate packages. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you.

We strongly recommend that you choose a delivery address that you trust and preferably one where someone can receive and sign for the package.

Address is incorrect

We will not be responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect delivery information. If you accidentally sent the wrong address when placing an order, please contact us immediately.
