Return policy

Refund conditions

Returned items must comply with our policies:

  • We accept refunds within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the product, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • The product must be intact, unused, with labels and packaging intact.
  • You must have valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase receipt.
  • You may also be asked to provide proof of defective items before returning them, such as sending photos via email.
  • In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return the goods belongs to us.

Shipping

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

If it is our fault, we will cover the costs.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is eligible for an exchange, we will process the exchange.

My product arrived damaged

If the product is damaged upon delivery/receipt, please take a photo of the damaged product. Notify us of such delivery via email [email protected].

Refund time

Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the product.

Change or cancel orders

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Return requests are accepted within 24 hours only.

Refund method

Please note the following points:

  • If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned items and confirm their compliance with the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  • You will receive a notification when your money is refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before you receive your refund.

Next, contact your bank as sometimes it takes some processing time before the refund is sent.
